Portland Financial Advisors, Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor providing "Fee-Only" financial advice and wealth management services to a limited number of Oregon clients. We are members of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), a very exclusive group of financial advisors who have a fiduciary responsibility to their clients.

What does “Fee-Only” really mean?
“Fee-Only” means we do not, under any circumstances, accept commissions or fees for selling products. We do not hold your investments nor do we charge a percentage for assets under management. This eliminates conflicts of interest and allows us to select the best investments without promoting any products. We disclose all fees up front.

What makes us qualified to give you financial advice?
In addition to being a Certified Financial Planner, Russ is a Certified Public Accountant. So, you get the additional benefits of a tax expert. He incorporates tax planning in all his financial advice. Few other investment professionals have that comprehensive knowledge.
